Overview
Agent Chicken ("the App") is an AI-powered personal assistant for iOS. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the App accesses, how it is used, and your choices.
Account & Sign-In
Agent Chicken supports optional sign-in via Apple Sign-In. When you sign in, we receive your Apple ID identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email address. Your account information is used to personalize your experience and sync preferences. You may use the App without signing in, but some features may be limited.
Data We Access
Agent Chicken may request access to the following on your device, only when you use features that require them:
- Microphone & Speech Recognition to process voice commands. Audio is processed in real time and is not stored.
- Contacts to look up people when sending messages. Contact data stays on your device.
- Calendar & Reminders to create events and tasks on your behalf. This data stays on your device.
- Photos to assist with image-related tasks. Photos are not uploaded or shared.
- Camera to capture photos or scan documents when requested. Images are processed on-device unless you explicitly share them.
- Location to support location-based tasks such as food delivery, ride-sharing, and nearby search. Location data is sent to relevant services only when performing these tasks.
- Face ID to securely authenticate access to saved credentials and sensitive data stored in the App. Biometric data is handled entirely by iOS and is never accessible to the App.
Data Sent to Third-Party Services
When you use Agent Chicken to complete tasks, your text commands and conversation history may be sent to the following AI services for processing:
- Anthropic (Claude API) — to generate task plans and responses
- OpenAI (GPT API) — to generate task plans and responses
These services process your requests and return results. Please refer to Anthropic's Privacy Policy, OpenAI's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle data.
API Routing
To improve reliability and performance, API requests from the App may be routed through intermediary proxy servers before reaching AI service providers. These servers facilitate request delivery and do not permanently store your personal data or conversation content.
Advertising
Agent Chicken uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve ads. The App participates in Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework — you will be prompted to opt in or out of personalized ad tracking. If you decline, only contextual (non-personalized) ads are shown. Ad credits earned through the App can be used to offset AI service costs.

Web Browsing
Agent Chicken includes a built-in browser to help automate web-based tasks. Web page content is processed locally on your device to understand page structure. We do not collect or store your browsing history.
API Keys & Credential Storage
Agent Chicken allows you to enter your own API keys for AI services. API keys and saved credentials (such as passwords and payment card details) are stored securely in the iOS Keychain on your device. They are never transmitted to our servers or shared with third parties.
Cloud Sync
Agent Chicken uses Apple iCloud and CloudKit to sync your settings and preferences across your devices. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is governed by Apple's privacy policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
Data We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect analytics or usage data
- We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes
Data Storage
App data including settings, conversation history, and credentials is stored locally on your device and, where cloud sync is enabled, in your personal iCloud account.
Children's Privacy
Agent Chicken is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
