Business services
Your request, your information.
How HiOS Labs Inc handles inquiries sent through the local-business pages. Updated 25 October 2026.
What you share
The inquiry form asks for your name, business name, email, the kind of help you want, and your message. A website address is optional. We also record when you submitted the request and your permission to reply about it.
How we use it
We use these details to review your request, reply, agree on potential work, and manage that relationship. Sending a business inquiry does not sign you up for the Agent Chicken waitlist or a marketing newsletter.
Where it goes
Requests are stored in a private operator workspace. Vercel hosts the website and Upstash provides the request database. Hosting providers may process request logs to operate and protect the service. Hashed request identifiers are used to limit repeated submissions.
Local introductions
We ask for your agreement before sharing your contact details with a potential provider or customer. Opening Google Maps takes you to Google, where its own privacy terms apply.
Access, corrections, or deletion
Email simon@hios.app or use the contact form to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion. Include the email used for the original request so we can verify and find the right record. Information needed for an ongoing engagement or required business records may need to be retained.
For Agent Chicken and its waitlist, see the separate product privacy policy.
